This dry red wine is made from Saperavi grapes grown in Kisiskhevi village, Kakheti. The wine is made with the Georgian traditional method by fermenting in a Qvevri. It is dark ruby colour, with complex and concentrated flavors of ripe cherry and red berries. The wine has full body, smooth tannin structure and a long aftertaste, and will age well in the bottle.
This wine pairs well with mushrooms and steak.
