How much is the delivery charge?

We offer free delivery for purchases above $200 within Singapore only.
For orders under $200, there is a delivery charge of $15.

What are the delivery options?

Deliveries are scheduled for Mondays and Fridays.
If you place an order over the weekend (before 1pm Sunday cutoff), you can expect to receive your wines on Monday. For weekday orders (before 1pm Thursday), you can expect to receive your wines on Friday, just in time for TGIF!

Can I choose a specific time slot?

Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00am and 10:00pm on the selected delivery day.

How do I track my order?

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

You will then receive a SMS on the day of your delivery, allowing you to track your order

What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure that someone is available to receive the order when you receive the SMS notification. If no one is at home, our partner delivery drivers will make every effort to leave the order in a safe, secure and dry place. If that’s not possible, we will contact you and try our best to reschedule the delivery as soon as possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We do not operate on public holidays. Order in advance to secure your wines!

 

PAYMENT

What modes of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment via PayNow.

How do I use discount codes?

You can use a valid discount code prior to checkout. Simply enter the code under “Coupon code”, click “Apply Coupon”, and the discounted price will be reflected in the new total prior to completing the transaction.

 

RETURNS

Do you provide returns or refunds?

We do not offer refunds or accept returns are allowed unless an item you ordered is out of stock. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any other reason, please contact us at hello@vinearth.com directly.

What should I do if I receive a wrong/ missing/ broken item?

If you receive a wrong, missing or broken item, please contact us immediately at hello@vinearth.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

 

PRIVATE EVENTS

Can I send the wines as a gift?

Absolutely! During checkout, simply enter the name and delivery address of your intended receiver. Orders of 2 bottles or more will be elegantly packaged and delivered in our iconic Vinearth box, making them the perfect gift!

Can I order the wines for my banquet?

Congratulations! We are delighted to curate the wines for your special occasion.

OTHER INFO

Do you have a physical store?

No. Vinearth, a Singapore-based wine start-up, distributes Georgian wines to F&B, Corporates and Direct to Customer (D2C) via our website and social media.
