The wine is made from the traditional Khikhi grape grown in the villages of Akhmeta district in south-west Kakheti. The entire batch of the best grapes is fermented in Qvevri, resulting in a yellow gold coloured wine.
The wine is characterised by an intriguing aroma of spice, lime, toast, peach and Christmas spices. The harmonious velvety taste with pleasant tannins is supported by pleasant acidity, which ensures a pleasant long aftertaste of a dry, full wine.
Serve at 15-17°C. Do not chill the wine.
